The Norwegian Institute of Public Health shall enter into a framework agreement for a periodicals agent.
The Norwegian Institute of Public Health has a periodicals portfolio that consists of individual subscriptions and group contracts through the Hospital Group (administered by the University Library in Oslo).
The contract will be for the individual subscriptions. Suppliers must also cooperate with the Hospital Group's periodical agent for individual subscriptions that are included in the periodical packages in the group contracts.
