Parallel framework agreements for the hire of machines with and without drivers

The Water and Sewage Department (VAV) has an annual average need to hire seven 15-18 ton wheel excavators with drivers for their 7 stand-by teams (investment projects). In some cases there will also be a need for excavators on catarpillar tracks.
The number of assignments can vary. The contracts can be used by the entire department.
In addition there is a need to hire in a drilling rig with and without a driver for some assignments for drilling rock in ditches. Furthermore, the department needs to hire larger excavators with and without drivers for deep ditches and small excavators with and without drivers for work on minor assignments or assignments that are difficult to access. The excavators 15-18 tons shall be equipped with rotators. The excavators must have access to (can use) other types of shovels, spikes, compressing equipment etc. if needed.
The contract shall also include the hire of other site machines and equipment, for example, dumper trucks and excavator on catarpillar tracks.
VAV would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with several suppliers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable suppliers and tenders.
Tenders can be submitted for 1 or several of the assortment groups below. Each assortment group will be evaluated and awarded a contract separately. Due to administrative considerations, only one contract will be signed with each supplier Each contract can include several assortment groups.
VAV will enter into a framework agreement for the following assortment groups:
1) Excavator 5 tons (0.8-8 tons) (without a driver),
2) Excavator 14 tons (12-15 tons) (without a driver),
3) Excavator 14 tons (12-15 tons) (with a driver),
4) Excavator 18 tons (15-18 tons) (without a driver),
5) Excavator 18 tons (15-18 tons) (with a driver),
6) Excavator 20 tons + (without a driver),
7) Excavator 20 tons + (with a driver),
8) Drilling rig for hole diameter (35- 38 mm) (without a driver),
9) Drilling rig for hole diameter (35- 38 mm) (with a driver),
10) Dumper truck on catapillar tracks (1.0- 2,5 tons) (without a driver).
