AFK eiendom FKF would like, on behalf of AFK eiendom FKF/Akershus county Central Administration, tenders for parallel framework agreements for general contractors and turnkey contractors for construction and technical work.
Three to 5 parallel framework agreements will be signed, provided that are a sufficient number of suitable contractors and tenders.
AFK eiendom FKF shall, in the coming years, establish new premises as well as expand and renovate several of the existing premises for schools and dental clinics. The buildings were mainly erected after 1970.
The total number of assignments within the framework agreement, for both contracting authorities together, is estimated to be between 100 and 130 per annum, with the majority being small projects.
