In order to carry out maintenance effectively as well as minor refurbishments, repairs and servicing of our buildings, Undervisningsbygg (the Education Buildings Department) is establishing framework agreements for a number of trade services. This procurement is for electro works.
Procurement of 4-6 parallel framework agreements with a planned start in mid August 2014.
The framework agreements will have a duration of 2 years, with the option of extension by a further 1 year + 1 year.

Between three and five parallel framework agreements will be established with planned start-up in mid August 2014. Undervisningsbygg's schools are divided into 16 school groups. The suppliers selected will be allocated up to six school groups each, called "geographic areas". Each school group has approximately 12 – 20 school properties, sports halls and swimming pools. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Legally established enterprise.
A certificate of company registration must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the supplier is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit evaluation report must be supplied and should contain key figures for the last three fiscal years. A rating should be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain your credit evaluation if necessary.

— Annual reports for the last 3 fiscal years which includes the Director's report, income statement, balance sheet, notes, and auditor's report.
If the supplier of valid reasons cannot prove their economic position in accordance with the above requirements, the contracting authority will evaluate other appropriate documentation.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Financial capacity to execute the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— A list of the most important deliveries or executed assignments/service the last 3 years, hereunder information on value, time frame, as well as name of the contracting authority (public or private).
— Information on education and professional qualification of the supplier and the enterprise's administrative management (expertise matrix) and especially for the persons who are responsible to execute the assignments/services (e.g. CV and transcripts/trade certificate/masters certificate).

— A statement of the supplier's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last three years (can be the same document as the expertise matrix).
— Central approval or declaration that the company/organisation is eligible for local approval.
— Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2002.
— The Contracting authority also accepts other documentation as proof that the supplier has equivalent quality assurance measures.

The supplier must document that they posses a satisfactory quality system.
