Electrical work that will ensure necessary maintenance, minor repairs, post-damage improvements, some upgrading, etc.
The contracting authority manages a diverse property portfolio; housing, operational buildings, sports facilities, halls, deep water wells with related equipment, gray-water systems and snow-canon facilities, etc.
The buildings are mainly located in the city of Oslo, but the contracting authority also manages individual buildings in the municipalities of Asker, Nittedal, Ski, Enebakk, Oppegård, Nesodden and Frogn.
Examples of the various types of work in the commission are presented below:
— Renovation of fuse boxes [circuit breakers],
— Installation of ground-fault alarms and switches,
— Electrical work as part of the replacement of hot water heaters,
— Electrical work when the contracting authority initiates internal renovations,
— Electric installations belonging to water and wastewater treatment plants such as filters for water and wastewater, deep water pumps with integrated hydrophors, warning devices for closed septic tanks, internal and external sewage installations etc.,
— Inter-connected HVAC and electrical, where necessary,
— Control/service of fire and emergency lighting systems, as well as the internal controls of electrical systems. The contracting authority reserves the right to remove in-house inspections from the assignment description. The assignment will then become the subject of a separate competitive tendering.
