The assignment consists of operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on county roads and county foot/cycle paths with the accompanying side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Tinn municipality and parts of Vinje, Hjartdal and Notodden municipalities in accordance with the road list i chapters D2-V1 and D2-S20.
The traffic on the road network varies from approx. ADT 100 to approx. ADT 5750 and an annual traffic growth of 2.5 % is expected.
The assignment mainly consists of routine operational assignments and minor maintenance assignments on the road network. The assignment also consists of inspecting and registering, planning the activity, stand-by for winter operations and general traffic flow, documentation, reporting to the builder, information to the public and handling other assignments that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of the road network.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tax certificate for tax and tax certificate for VAT, not older than 6 months.

HSE self-declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 in the Regulation on public procurement.

If the tenderer is a working partnership, a declaration of joint and several liability to the builder and third parties must be enclosed with the tender.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have positive equity. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant. Documentation of equity is to be provided with the tender.

The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract will generate. Documentation of turnover for the last 3 years shall be enclosed with the tender.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty. The tenderer shall provide information about reference projects. Tenderers are required to show relevant contracts that have been carried out in a satisfactory manner. The tenderer must give the name of a reference person within the stated reference projects.

The average H1-value for the last 3 years should be lower than 15. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirements apply for each of the participants.

Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment. Expertise and experience must be documented.
