The contracting authority seeks a contract with one Supplier for daily operations of canteen services, which includesthe preparation/delivery of breakfast, lunch and food for meetings. The term 'daily operations' here means the purchase of food, beverages and necessary supplies, preparation and production of food, serving, personnel management, cleaning and maintaining hygienic conditions in the canteen.Canteen service shall be performed at Husbankens premises at Grønland 1, Drammen.The contracting authority is offering a fixed monthly prescribed amount to cover the Supplier's costs for employee salaries, including all personnel costs and the Supplier's administrative fee.The contracting authority shall own the inventory.Purchase of inventories is the responsibility of the Supplier.
The agreement is valid from 1.9.2014.The agreement is entered into for three years with an option for a two-year extension.

K 04 HSE Declaration - Requirement: The tenderer shall vouch for the firm working systematically to comply with health, environment and safety legislation and the fact that they satisfy internal regulations.The tenderer must further confirm that the business is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the Principal has the right to verify the system for safeguarding of health, environment and safety.Documented by: Signed HSE Declaration

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
K 05 Credit worthiness / rating - Requirements: The tenderer is required to have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract; minimum rating of A (Dun & Bradstreet).Documented by: Credit rating from approved credit rating agency such as Dun & Bradstreet or equivalent. The evaluation shall be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 3 years.
