Background:
NRK currently broadcasts from the premises of Martens bread factory at Kanalveien 90, Minde. At the turn of the year 2017 / 2018, NRK shall move the business to Lars Hillesgate 30, Medie City Bergen. NRK has therefore decided to sell the property.
Briefly about the property:
There are approximately 25 premises and approximately 16,000 m² gross area of commercial building. In 2014 a plot plan was undertaken which verifies that 15,000 m² gross area connected with Martens bread factory is to be preserved and that all together 39,000 m² gross area can be established on the property. The areas are above ground. In addition, there are areas of common underground parking and other technical areas below ground.
About the sales process:
NRK has decided to carry out the process step by step. A deadline will be given for the implementation of this assignment. If the property is not sold by the 31.12.2015, further work must be reconsidered. NRK will then assess whether or not to take the property into a development phase where other advisers are engaged.

Documentation requirement: The supplier shall:-Give an overview of the number of available employees who regularly work with the relevant discipline-Description of how many years experience the available employees in the overview have. When using collaborators or sub-suppliers, declaration of obligation must be enclosed. NOTE: CV of tendered key person(s) shall NOT be attached in the qualification criteria as this is assessed according to the award criteria. Appendix 6: If the tenderer supports themselves with the expertise/capacity of other companies to fulfil the contractual obligation, declaration of obligation from relevant sub-suppliers shall be enclosed, cf.
