NRK invites interested tenderers to participate in open competitive bidding for framework agreement for design and interface development.
NRK wants framework agreements within one or more of the following expertise areas:
Graphic design (net design), including illustration and computer graphics.
interaction design and concept development
Interface development (front end interface).
NRK aims to put in place a parallel framework agreement with a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 suppliers, for each of the expertise areas. This is to ensure that we get a sufficient supply of large and small companies regardless of their own form of organisation and working methods.
NRK retains all rights and editorial responsibility and owns the distribution regardless of the agreement.
The supplier shall deliver top competence in the form of consultants on a project basis, based on the requirement specification from NRK. NRK desires expertise and previous deliveries from candidates to be documented through CVs and portfolios. The portfolio should contain documentation of relevant previous deliveries through text, plans, process descriptions, drawings, product photos, code examples, technology use, links to existing products and services etc.
