NRK invites interested tenderers to participate in open competitive bidding for framework agreement for design and interface development.
NRK wants framework agreements within one or more of the following expertise areas:
Graphic design (net design), including illustration and computer graphics.
interaction design and concept development
Interface development (front end interface).
NRK aims to put in place a parallel framework agreement with a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 suppliers, for each of the expertise areas. This is to ensure that we get a sufficient supply of large and small companies regardless of their own form of organisation and working methods.
NRK retains all rights and editorial responsibility and owns the distribution regardless of the agreement.
The supplier shall deliver top competence in the form of consultants on a project basis, based on the requirement specification from NRK. NRK desires expertise and previous deliveries from candidates to be documented through CVs and portfolios. The portfolio should contain documentation of relevant previous deliveries through text, plans, process descriptions, drawings, product photos, code examples, technology use, links to existing products and services etc.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Contract for the purchase of services for the design and interface development for internet, valid from 2.3.2015 until and including 1.3.2017, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 years. If the award agreement has a duration beyond the duration of the framework agreement, the full provisions of the framework agreement apply until the awarding agreement is finished.

The supplier shall be a legally registered company. Company Registration Certificate or equivalent documentation that shows that the supplier is registered in a trade register in their home country.

The supplier must have sufficient economic and financial standing. Economic and financial standing shall be documented with the following information:

1. Last approved Annual Financial Statement with Annual Report and auditor's report as well as any newer information of relevance. — If the supplier has valid reasons as to why they cannot supply the requested documentation, a guarantee from a parent company that fulfils the qualification requirement, or alternative documentation in the form of, for example, a statement from an auditor or financial institution that is suitable for fulfilling the documentation requirement, can be accepted.
