With this notice, the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK), requests tenders for a framework agreement involving purchase of transport of passengers with taxis in Oslo and neighbouring areas. The agreement(s) shall ensure that the prices and conditions that are achieved are in accordance with the users' needs and expectations. The objective is to enter into an agreement with a provider of taxi services where simplified routines for booking and payment are emphasised, in addition to the actual transport service.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company's most recent annual report, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures. The tenderer shall document sound finances which do not rise any doubts as to whether or not the tenderer will be in operation during the agreement period. Documentation requirement: the economic and financial position shall be documented through the following information: — The last three annual statements including the annual report, auditor-approved accounts, auditor's report, any certified extract from the most recent interim accounts for 2013 if no annual report has yet been prepared — Information concerning the company's turnover. — If the candidate is unsure as to whether the available documentation concerning his financial position could be deemed sufficient, alternative documentation certified by an auditor or alternatively a current credit rating (not older than 1 month from the tender deadline) which documents the tenderer's financial position.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall substantiate competence and professional capacity to provide the offered services to the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK):
— The tenderer shall be a well-established provider of taxi services in Oslo and surrounding areas. - The tenderer shall be a taxi central approved by Oslo municipality.
— The tenderer shall in his portfolio, at least have both passenger cars/estate cars as well as minibuses/maxitaxis.
Description of the range of cars including number of cars. — The tenderer shall have strategies for keeping up to date with the development in the service area. — The tenderer shall have quality assurance systems. —The tenderer shall demonstrate his work with reducing pollution (e.g. type of cars, etc.). — The tenderer shall describe his competence in managing large business customers. — The tenderer shall describe system of recruitment and driver training. Documentation requirement: All of the listed bullet points shall be documented separately in such a way that they can be concretely assessed against the relevant service categories.

The tenderer shall give at least three relevant, current and well-documented references of recent date. The references shall be from clients of a similar size and complexity as NRK. Documentation requirement: The references shall be described with at least the following information: — Name of client — Contact information for the reference client: name, position, e-mail address and telephone number — Explanatory description of the deliveries concerned — Period of time and duration — Any improvements achieved in the quality of the service provided to the client.
