The contracting authority shall carry out the planning, consultancy and analyses in cooperation with Vestre Viken HF and the service provider for the function planning up until the completed Concept Report shall be presented.The aim of the assignment is to prepare a sketch project with the accompanying outside areas, with roads, squares, car parks etc. including all infrastructure that shall be supplied to the hospital (roads, electricity, heating, sewage, etc.), based on the available Development Plan and the Idea Phase Report for a new Vestre Viken Hospital and within the frameworks laid down as regards gross area and costs.
