The procurement's purpose.
The service provider shall, together with sub project Moving, be responsible for carrying out the move so that SPK avoids unnecessary operational disturbances.
Most of the move is planned for the weekend 17-19.4.2015, see Part 2 Annex 1 The contracting authority's specifications for further information.
The service provider shall, together with sub project Moving, be responsible for returning the current premises back to the landlord, empty and without SPK's property.
The object of the procurement
SPK is looking for a partner who shall assist SPK with the following services:
— General project support for the sub project moving.
— Establishment of a management tool, progress plan, milestones and activity plan.
— Planning the move.
— Implementation of the move, including all material (removal boxes, labels etc.) needed for the move.
— Labelling shall be carried out in a way approved by SPK.
— Organise and see to the actual move.
— Set up logistics for the moving process.
— See to the emptying/disposal of fittings that SPK are not moving to the new rental premises.
Submitting tenders.
All tenders shall be submitted electronically in PDF format with editable text in the PDF documents. Submission is done by an electronic signature via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no, by the tender deadline. All communication and all documents on the competition shall be in Norwegian. Tenders submitted in another way will be rejected.
If the tenderer has questions to SPK regarding this tender competition, the questions must be addressed through the communication module in Mercell. The reason for this is that all communication shall be logged. All communication shall be in Norwegian.

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders. If there is additional information from SPK which leads to changes in the tender before the tender deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender, make any changes and resubmit right up until the tender deadline expires.
