The contracting authority has a framework agreement with one primary supplier, for subscriptions and call services for land-line and mobile telephony, which was signed August 2014. In this contract mobile telephony calls are provided via Telenor's radio network. In cases where this radio network does not have satisfactory coverage, there is a need to have access to another radio network. The aim of this tender enquiry is therefore to establish a framework agreement with a secondary supplier, for subscriptions and calls within mobile telephony, in which coverage is offered via another radio network than Telenor's.
