Mobile communication with Gateway services

Norsk Tipping would like to enter into a framework agreement for mobile communication with Gateway services. The company's existing framework agreement for SMS gateway services expires 31.12.2014. Norsk Tipping would at first like to enter into a new contract for a continuation of the current system.
Norsk Tipping cannot give a certain estimate of the extent of future communication with customers. Based on experience, Norsk Tipping estimates, however, that this type of SMS communication will generate approx. 15-20 million messages per annum to our customers. Emphasis is put on the fact, however, that this is a rough estimate that is uncertain.
Any changes in Norsk Tipping's customer base and services could affect the extent and volume, which will again affect the total product amount. New technology and changes in customer behaviour, as well as the company's priorities within the field can also change the extent and volume. Norsk Tipping cannot, therefore, guarantee a minimum volume for some parts of the enquiry.
In the long term Norsk Tipping would like to gather all handling and administration of mobile customer dialogues. We would therefore like a service provider who can offer:
— Hosting card numbers and services connected to this.
— Operation and provision of SMS gateway and accompanying contracts with existing and any new tele providers in the Norwegian market.
— Various forms of mobile commuication (SMS, MMS).
— Integration with other systems - standardised or specially adapted interface for data exchange for sending, response and statistics (e.g. Siebel Marketing).
— Web-based administration tool - for checks, monitoring, management and administration of SMS communication.
Norsk Tipping is looking for one service provider who can cover the entire enquiry.
Norsk Tipping draws attention to the fact that the above mentioned areas will be implemented in stages.
