Measuring services etc. for pipeline maps in Kommunalteknisk drift (KTD) (Municipal Technical Operations)

Aurskog-Høland municipality (AHK) c/o Municipal Technical Operations has a need for a contract for measuring services water and sewage.
AHK startet the establishment of a systematic pipeline network at the end of the 1980s. The work of registering the water and sewage network in Gemini VA is still ongoing and considerable work remains besides continual follow up.
From 1985 the registration work for the pipeline network was carried out by Fjellanger Widerøe AS and from 1997 up until 2004 this work was carried out by Fjellanger Widerøe Geomatic. From 2004 and up until today the work has been carried out by Terra Tec AS.
AHK would like, from May/June 2014, to enter into a framework agreement for assistance with measuring services for the continuation of the registration work for the existing pipeline, as well as assistance with continual registration of new pipeline networks and the registration of renewals in the pipeline network within the sector water and sewage (VA) in the municipality. AHK would also like assistance with guiding and training AHK's own employees so that AHK can also use them to carry out assignments connected to the development and maintenance of the municipality's pipeline map.
AHK would like to have continuity as regards employee(s) that the tenderer shall use to solve the assignment and AHK would also like to have one responsible person at the tenderers. It is a prerequisite for AKH that the tenderer is up to date and stays up to date on the available and relevant modern equipment for carrying out the assignment.
