Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Company Registration Certificate.
Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for VAT (National requirement).
Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for tax (National requirement).
Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Regulations attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).
The tenderer should have good conduct.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The service provider's annual accounts including notes with the Board's and auditor's reports from the last 2 years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The service provider must have adequate execution capabilities. See the qualification documents for further details on the documentation requirements.
The service provider shall have good competence and experience from similar contracts, emphasis will particularly put on competence/experience within:
— Development/maintenance of relevant technology at SI
— Utforming and development in major economist systems, also including collection
— Rules for financial management in the government
— Design and development of self-service systems
— Design and development of systems for compulsory collection
— Security/secure application/code development
— Architecture work.
