Norsk Tipping would like to enter into a maintenance contract for development services for and management of the current CRM-system based on Siebel.
Needs to be covered.
The following shall be provided:
— Maintenance and operational support for the system,
— Design, documentation and implementation of necessary changes,
— Further development of and consultancy for integrations.
In addition to services connected to maintenance and operational support for Siebel, further development of the system with accompanying integrations will also be included in this procurement.

Below is an overview of the modules that are in use:— Siebel Consumer Goods: Customer service is the unit that works most with Kundis. They use a CTI-integration with Genesys CTI. Incoming telephone calls and e-mails are routed here, as well as outgoing telephone campaigns. Chat for the Customer Service is also implemented, based on Oracle Contact Center Anwhere, which is loaded as a part of the CTI-profile.— Siebel Remote: NT has a nationwide sales apparatus that currently uses Siebel Remote functionality (this could be phased out during the contract period). The sales manager works with local databases and synchronises their changes and with the central database.— Siebel Marketing: Siebel Marketing is used for sending campaigns and it uses data from Siebel Datavarehus in addition to the central Data Warehouse in NT. This module will most likely be phased out during the contract period.The system is built up with several integrations and run by Norsk Tipping — general information on this is given below.— Integrations and interface: Kundis is integrated with several other systems and services, including lottery engines, CMDB and other internal systems. The integrations mostly use webservice's or asynkrone messages.— Platform: The platform that Kundis is run on is 32-bits Windows Server 2008, with a part being upgraded to Windows Server 2012. The databases are run on Oracle Enterprise 11.2 (being upgraded to 12c), on 64-bit IBM AIX 7.1. Clients are run on Windows 7.— Operation: NT operates both the application and infrastructure and we would like operational support as a part of the maintenance contract. The workplace (location) is, as a starting point, Hamar, with the possibility of follow-up via a partner network (remote access).5 000 00020 000 000
