The maintenance consists of general technical upgrades in line with the development within ArcGIS and other used technology, as well as ongoing maintenance of computer structure and applications. In addition there will be maintenance of service exchange between Vann-Nett Saksbehandler and the Directorate of the Environment's Vannmiljøsystem (AGS system for the registration and storage of measurement data). The development work concerns the development of both existing and new functionality.

The service provider should be able to send electronic invoices to NWRED using the EHF format. Documentation requirement: Confirmation from the service provider.
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided. Documentation requirement: A statement regarding the service provider's quality assurance system/quality management system or a copy of the system certificate issued by the accredited certification bodies or similar documentation.
