Norwegian Broadcast invites participation in an open tender and framework procedure for the purchase of large-scale audio mixing consoles. NRK use large audio mixers on many different productions in house and in OB trucks like big entertainment show with live music, news and sport production.
During the summer of 2014 NRK shall refurbish the main studio for news and sport. The refurbishments include replacement of the current mixing consoles.

Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for VAT (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Economic and financial position must be documented through the following information:
1. Approved annual accounts with annual report and auditor's report, as well as any more recent information of relevance to 2012.
2. Approved annual accounts with annual report and auditor's report as well as any more recent information for 2013 if possible. Alternatively, most recently available interim accounts 2013/2014.
3. Solvency assessment from an enterprise that is licensed to provide credit rating services. The assessment must be no more than three months old determined from the tender deadline and should provide information on creditworthiness.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The supplier shall have a satisfactory economic and financial position which ensures that the supplier will be a going concern throughout the entire duration of the agreement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Description of the supplier's delivery and service organisation, including number of employees with relevant competence. It must be specified which resources belong to the supplier and which, if any, belong to other enterprises.
References must at least be described with the following information: the client's name and contact information; brief description of the complexity of the deliveries; time period and duration; any use of subcontractors.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The supplier must have sufficient capacity and competence to deliver large sound mixers and accessories, as well as provide support and service throughout the agreement period.
The supplier shall cite relevant experience for deliveries as requested.
