MA2668/13E - Framework Agreement Mobile App development

NRK invites interested bidders to participate in open bidding competition on a framework agreement for App development.
NRK is committed to putting in place a parallel framework agreement with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 15 suppliers. This is to ensure us that we will get a sufficient supply of large and small companies regardless of their own form of organisation and working method.
NRK retains all rights and editing responsibility and owns the distribution right regardless of appointment.
The supplier shall provide turnkey services relating to the background of pitch from NRK.
Unless otherwise specified, NRK own the exclusive rights to all produced source code and other tangible and intangible deliveries which have occurred during the process. Exceptions may be granted from time to time and at the component level, but must always be confirmed in writing with NRK.
NRK has at all times full editorial responsibility for the end product, and can decide not to launch an App. This means that at any given time there should be room for changes and adjustments to the presentation layer.
