Helse Stavanger HF would like tenders for equipment for low temperature sterilization at the Sterile Centre at Stavanger University Hospital.
The tender shall include an option for 1 additional machine of the same type or a more recent model.
The tender shall include complete delivery, preparation and commissioning of the equipment in accordance of the equipment specifications.
After the equipment has been handed over, it shall be able to be used by the final user without any further validation or other form of testing.
All the deliveries and services that are necessary so that the equipment can function as intended shall be included.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have fulfilled its obligations in terms of the payment of tax and VAT. Documentation requirement:
1. Tax certificate. In Norway this is issued by the chief municipal treasurer. Tenderers from other countries shall enclose equivalent certificates from the country where the tenderer is established.
2. Certificate for VAT paid. In Norway this is issued by the Tax Collector. Tenderers from other countries shall enclose equivalent certificates from the country where the tenderer is established.
The certificates shall be issued by the Tax Directorate's form RF-1244 or another form that provides the same information.
The certificates shall not show significant arrears. The certificate should not be older than six months calculated from the deadline submission date for the tender.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation requirement:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution. The rating must be at least an A or better, measured against the AAA Soliditets scale - or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.

If the Tenderer cannot submit credit rating, the Contracting authority will of their own initiative obtain it from AAA Soliditet AS.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer is required to have adequate experience from similar assignments. Similar assignments are seen as the delivery of similar equipment for low temperature sterilization to major public departments/companies or to major private corporations. Documentation requirement:

List of the three most important and relevant contracts in the last three years, including a contact person and information.
Any experience that the contracting authority has of the tenderer will be weighted the same as external documented references.

Tenderers must have a well functioning quality assurance system for the products that shall be delivered. Documentation requirement;
If the routines that are described in the tenderer's quality assurance or control system are in accordance with the ISO standard or equivalent 3rd party verification system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate with information on where this is described. Alternatively, an existing system and routines that document that the requirment is fulfilled can be described.
