Contract 72586 Lighting Equipment 2 comprises the delivery of lighting fixtures for the development of T2 at Oslo Airport. The procurement is divided into the following four parts:
Part 1 - Terminal.
Part 2 - Lighting control systems.
Part 3 - Lighting in public, pre-security areas.
Part 4 - Floodlight aircraft parking.
Thus, tendering for only part of the contract is permissible.
In general, new fixtures will be delivered to the following areas:
— Central Building West (SBV - Sentalbyggning Vest). New construction.
— North Pier (PN - Pier Nord). New construction.
— Apron areas at the North Pier. Flood lights for new apron areas.
— Public, pre-security areas. Development of/new new road system and external plaza south of the Terminal building.
— Existing Terminal. CBE (Central Building East), WP (West Pier), EP (East Pier) and TS (Train Station).
The contract comprises deliveries of lighting fixtures, verification of function requirements, assistance to performing electrical contractor and development of documentation.
The contract does not include delivery of standard lighting equipment for interior basements spaces, utility rooms and the like. These are delivered in the prior contract 72585, Lighting Equipment 1.
The lighting shall ensure the functional requirements set by the businesses to be carried out in typical areas. The performance shall in addition ensure requirements of efficient operation and maintenance.
It is mainly intended that the lighting fixtures shall be delivered based on LED technology. Additionally opening for offers are alternative solutions with equivalent function based on fluorescent tube lights, CFL or metal halide discharge lamps. Total number of fixtures is less than 10,000 units.
In addition a DMX Control System will be delivered, which shall be used for controlling the lighting system in part of the public areas.
The contract will be assigned to 72527 El-technical infrastructure Central Building and 72529 EL-technical infrastructure North Pier as sub-contract for equipment which shall be used in connection with the Central Building West, Public, pre-security areas and existing terminal and North Pier including flood lights for apron areas near the Pier.
The delivery shall follow a plan for delivery which will be established together with the electrical contractor, but the following preliminary schedule is set up for the contract:
— Dispatch tender documentation April 2014.
— Tender submission June 2014.
— Contracting October 2014.
— First delivery at the latest December 2014.
— Completion 2017.
