License administration with consulting - framework agreement

Hadsel municipality needs to connect with a professional partner for license administration - purchase of licenses, assistance with license administration and license maintenance. The framework agreement duration will be 2 years, with an option for renewal for 1 + 1 years, 1 year at a time.
The partner must have a dedicated license team with certified employees who have their expertise and experience in selecting the correct agreement for us as the client, and that the investment we make in software is in accordance with out immediate and long-term needs.
By having our license agreements with a professional license partner, we wish to have a dedicated advisor who can assist us so that our license agreements and administration of these is taken care of in the best possible manner.

Negotiations with the manufacturers regarding terms, prices, set up, reporting, questions etc.
Price calculations/calculations/comparisons
License web, secure login, history, reports
Information, web, email, seminars, direct
Customer support, free telephone and email support for license questions
License overviews/analysis for the entire company
Consulting in regard to revisions
Designated renewal team
