UiS would like to lease machines in three categories, including: Large, Medium and Small. (See 'Annex — Machine Requirements' for a description of the requirements for each type of machine.)
In addition to the functional requirements, UiS would like a system that handles the transition from the old system in an appropriate way. The machines ought to require limited resources and systems ought to be robust and intuitive to use, at the same time that data security is taken care of. It is very important that the systems fulfil the requirement for high operational time for the systems and printers.
The tenderer shall be responsible for the functionality of the offered machines.
