Landslide hazard mapping

Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat (NVE)

As a part of its landslide management efforts, the NVE (Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate [NWRED]) maps the risk of avalanches, slush avalanches, rock falls, rock slides, landslides, debris flows etc. on behalf of the government cf. Plan for landslide hazard mapping (NVE 14/2011).
In regards to this, the NWRED annually contacts out the assigment of performing landslide hazard mapping in selected populated areas.
This competitive tendering covers landslide hazard mapping in the following areas:
1A) Luster municipality (Sogn og Fjordane)
- Elvekrok;
— Jostedalen;
— Fortun;
— Gaupne;
— Kroken;
— Nes - Dale;
— Sørheim;
— Skjolden;
— Solvorn;
— Veitastrond.
1B) Ørsta municipality (Møre og Romsdal):
— Bondalen;
— Follestad;
— Rjåneset - Ørsta;
— Årsetdalen.
1A) Hornindal municipality (Sogn og Fjordane)
— Kjøs;
— Liskog – Grodås - Haugen;
— Otterdal;
— Sætra.

1D) Kvinnherad municipality (Hordaland):
— Matre;
— Omvikdalen – Seimfoss - Rosendal;
— Uskedal;
— Ytre Matre;
— Åkra.
1E) Kvinnherad municipality (Hordaland). Option:
— Ænes.
1F) Kvinnherad municipality (Hordaland). Option:
— Sunndal.
