The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for Automatic burglar alarm system, 24 hours object protection and fog system. This shall cover the contracting authority's need for supply of technical security installations: alarm systems AIA, Object protection system, software, fog systems and that which normally comes under this type of security. The agreement shall include service and maintenance of the newly delivered security systems, in addition the service and maintenance shall also include established security systems which shall continue to operate.
Automatic Admission Control (AAK) is NOT included in this agreement.
The contract requires close contact with the museum staff within management and the security company that has the task of securing and inspecting the museums exhibition halls, as well as performing security guard services connected to the museums property portfolio and activity. The museum would like a partner that focuses on the museums' needs in relation to technological development, is up to date on the general threat level, as well as a team player that secures for the museum the best possible security solution for the best possible price.
