The Contracting Authority requests tenders for the supply of white goods and brown goods, as well as small electrical items. The agreement to be entered into shall include all purchasing of products of equivalent nature to those specified under the tab 'Products for white goods'. Brown goods includes all products which can be offered with appraisal against the framework agreement the Contracting Authority has entered into for IT equipment. The Contracting Authority in this procurement is the municipalities of Kristiansand and Birkenes. There are large variations in what the different entities need to procure within the framework agreement. With regards to white goods and small electrical items, all types of products should be offered, and not only those specified under the tab 'Products'. When purchasing brown goods, special products will not be defined and one must request discounts. In most cases, the product properties will be congruent with the type of products purchased for private homes.
We reserve the right to make exceptions from the agreement when purchasing special products for institution/production kitchens and for new construction/rehabilitation construction.
All entities at the Contracting Authority are included in the agreement. There will also be the opportunity for other municipal agencies, including all governmental bodies and coalitions formed by one or more of these municipalities, cf defined in the Public Procurement Act § 2, to connect with the agreement.
The legal contracting party will be the individual municipality.
