An invitation to a qualification contest — Kindergartens in Kvam.
Kvam herad has a municipal council decision on the establishment of new kindergarten places at 4 various locations in the municipality. These locations are: Tørvikbygd, Norheimsund, Øystese, and Strandebarm.
It has been decided to publish this as an engineering, procurement and construction contract which shall include all of the 4 projects.
Furthermore, it is a clear assumption that all of the kindergartens shall be constructed. As a security valve against the situations listed under the point in the tender documents' book 0, the kindergarten in Tørvikbygd is nevertheless referred to as a main delivery, whilst the 3 other kindergartens are considered as 3 separate options.
The tenderers are not invited to submit tenders for parts of the assignment.
In Norheimsund there is presently a kindergarten with 2 departments. Here, a new kindergarten shall be established in connection with the existing kindergarten for 120 children. The existing kindergarten building shall be upgraded.
In Øystese the existing kindergarten building shall be demolished and a new kindergarten for 80 children shall be established.
In Strandebarm there is presently a kindergarten with 2 departments. Here, a new kindergarten for 60 children shall be established in connection with the existing building. The existing kindergarten building shall be upgraded.
In Tørvikbygd a new kindergarten shall be established. The kindergarten shall be built for 60 children.
The contractors who themselves download the tender documents from www.doffin.no will automatically be notified of additional information submitted by the contracting authority.
Contractors that obtain tender documents from other sources than www.doffin.no are themselves responsible for obtaining access to the additional information submitted by the contracting authority.
