The tender is for inspection services for the builder's inspections for thefollow up of the production of bracing supports (the bridge's steel elements) and fastenings for cables. The inspectors shall follow up the production and assembly of steel constructions. Mainly comprises the production and assemble of the steel box. The production place will be in the Czech Republic at Bilfinger MCE Slany.The tender also includes personnel for assessing the contractor's welding procedures, work instructions and procedures for the execution of production and inspection. This assignment can be carried out from Norway and most of the extent will be at the start-up of the production. The assignment will be carried out on an hourly basis, and as needed.The bridge is a part of the project E18 Bommestad – Sky through Vestfold. Inspection of all the steel work at the construction site can also be included.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Tax and VAT certificate not older than six months.
— HSE self-declaration
— Where the tenderer is dependent on other suppliers in order to qualify, a declaration of joint and several liability to the contracting authority and third parties must be submitted with the tender.
— Where the service provider is dependent on a sub supplier in order to be qualified, the service provider must document for the contracting authority that the service provider will have authority over the necessary resources.
— The organisation for the implementation of the contract is required to be sufficiently manned and the tenderer is required to have the capacity and ability to handle unforeseen conditions in the contract, including dismissals, illness, leave etc. Documentation requirement: An account shall be enclosed with the tender of how the tenderer will organise the implementation of the contract.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The service provider must have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: Annual accounts for the last 2 accounting years that include the board's annual report, profit and loss accounts and the auditor's report.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment. Documentation requirement: An overview of the offered key personnel with CVs.
— Service providers shall have experience within this type of inspections in accordance with the tender documents chapter D and they shall have carried out assignments of the same nature, complexity/degree of difficulty and extent/size. Documentation requirement: A list of the most important supplies and services provided in the last 3 years, including information on value and date, as well as the name of the contracting authority.
