Independent Evaluation of The Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH)

The overall purpose of the evaluation is to assess the performance of the TIPH against the objectives in the mandate, addressing outcomes and possible impact, and to put forward recommendations on how to improve the performance of the TIPH within the scope of the mandate. An assessment of lessons learned during the period since 2007 will be an important input. It is not the purpose of the evaluation to contribute to any changes to the agreed mandate.
This process will involve an assessment of the performance of the TIPH in terms of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, risk management and coherence. The review will also make recommendations on how to address potential challenges and on how to mitigate potential risks for the TIPH in the future.
