Hire of office barracks

Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge HF

The University Hospital of North Norway invites companies to an open tender competition for the hire of office barracks that shall be located at UNN Tromsø.
The office barracks shall cover the following needs:
— 36 individual offices
— 8 joint offices in which there is room in each for 4 work places.
— 3 large meeting rooms with each of these having room for 20 chairs around a meeting table.
— 1 smaller meeting room with room for 12 chairs around a meeting table.
— 1 teaching room with a schoolroom set up for 15 desks.
The rent period is calculated for 3 years with an option for the contracting authority to extend the rent period for 1+1 year.

It is a prerequisite that the office barracks fulfil the requirements in TEK-10.The office barracks shall also fulfil the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's requirements in the Workplace Regulations.Particular reference is made to the Workplace Regulations § 2 - Requirements for workplaces and work premises.Tenderers must document/confirm in the tender that the Workplace Regulations requirements are fulfilled and in particular both document and show how the requirements in § 2-14 on climate, ventilation, air quality etc. are met. The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Tenderers with operations in Norway shall submit a statement that the tenderer currently, or will at the time the contract is awarded, meet legal requirements in Norway regarding health and safety.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Norwegian tenderers must have arranged conditions with respect to payment of tax, employer contributions and VAT.
Tenderers are required to have good economic and financial solidity, equivalent to an equity share that >10%, so that the tenderer shall be able to fulfil the contract obligations.
Documentation:
Tax certificates not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tax certificates mean:
— Tax certificates for tax and payroll tax
— Tax certificate for VAT
— The tenderer's annual report for the last accounting year.
— Presentation of the tenderer's last two financial statements with notes and including the auditori's report.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must show experience from equivalent contracts to relevant contracting authorities.
Tenderers are required to have technical and professional competence in the company for this type of delivery.
Documentation:
— The tenderer shall submit a list of its corresponding assignments in the past 3 years, including the contract's value, date and name of public or private employer.
— An overview of the tender's total manpower with reference to this delivery.
— A description of the tenderer's technical personnel who will be used for fulfilment of such an assignment.
