Sørlandet Sykehus HF would like to procure environmentally friendly energy for heating its hospital departments in Arendal and Kristiansand. Environmentally friendly energy is defined by a minimum of 97 % of the annual delivered energy coming from renewable energy. The delivery of energy is divided up into three sub deliveries and it shall be delivered in the form of circulating hot water to the buildings at the following addresses. Sub delivery 1 Sørlandet hospital Kristiansand Main Plant SSK. Sub delivery 2 Minor installations Kristiansand — 5 buildings/departments (3 places at Eg and 2 places in the Kongsgård area). The delivery of energy is divided up into three sub deliveries and it shall be delivered in the form of circulating hot water to the buildings at the following addresses.

Sub delivery 2 Minor installations Kristiansand — 5 buildings/departments (3 places at Eg and 2 places in the Kongsgård area).

Sub deliveries 1 and 3 shall also be offered with an option for reserve installations/back-up installations.
Tenders can be submitted for two alternatives in each sub delivery.

An evalution of the reference plan for the offered technology and size is particularly requested in the specifications chapter 2.3.7 and will be assessed as a minimum criteria for the accepted system in accordance with the separate requirements. It must be clear which sub deliveries qualification is being requested for (sub delivery 1, 2 and/or 3).
