New ventilation for a school in two separate systems; one for a secondary school and one for primary school and changing rooms in the basement storey.
The units can probably be placed in the current mechanical room on the roof.
Information about ventilation in the secondary school, primary school and changing rooms in the basement storey, as well as the heating system must be assessed on site during inspection.
Tenders are sought for: Demolition/removal of existing HVAC systems, new ventilation system for the secondary school, new ventilation system for the primary school, electrical facilities including partial replacement of electric heaters, centralized operational control, structural work, digitization of plan drawings, ventilation planning, planning of construction, planning of electrical plant and centralized operational control, etc.

The work schedule for implementation should be discussed with the headmaster of the school and adapted to the teaching schedule. Separate agreement on tasks and progress, room by room, must be a part of the separate agreement regarding progress. This depends on the chosen contractor. The work schedule must be signed all parties involved. There is no room for additional charges due to the flexible work schedule that the parties have discussed and the performance of which as been agreed on.
