The project will expand and transform Haugen school from a 2-parallel primary school and junior secondary school (B2U2) to a 4-parallel primary school (B4).
The project includes:
— Upgrading of the ventilation facility in the school building.
— New electrical/telecommunications facility in the school building.
— Construction of new building.
— Restructuring of the school building, the rural school and the gym building to B4.
— Outdoor works.
The school will be in operation during the entire development phase.

To be submitted:
— HSE Declaration.
— Certificate issued by the treasurer/municipal treasurer where the supplier has their main office (tax, withholding, attachment of earnings, payroll tax) (Form RF-1244).
— Certificate from the tax office for the relevant area (VAT) (Form RF-1244).
— Company Registration Certificate, or corresponding certificate as determined by legislation in the countries where the supplier is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The entire credit evaluation report must be supplied and should contain key figures for the last three fiscal years. A rating should be carried out by an official approved credit evaluation institution. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain your credit evaluation if necessary.

— An overview of corresponding assignments carried out during the last five years, together with testimonials of satisfactory execution of the most important work. The testimonials should state the value, time frame and place the work was performed and indicate whether the works were professionally and properly completed. It must be stated whether the assignments were carried out as turnkey contracts and if the building was in use/operation during the building works. References must be given and Undervisningsbygg is given authority to contact them.
