The school shall, amongst other things, replace the ventilation installations in the gym building and in the main building, in accordance with the function description in this tender documentation. The main building was constructed in 1982 and the gym building was constructed in 1983. The main building has two floors and is made of wood, the same applies to the gym building. Particular consideration must be given to the fact that it is a school that is open during the construction period.

A decision has been made to carry out the project in accordance with an interaction model with early involvement of the central actors in the project development phase, where one seeks to achieve greater possibilities for value creation, optimalisation and savings. The interaction contractor is planned to be contracted in January 2015. The interaction period with an established measuring sum (the sum of the submitted tender and any additions/deductions that emerge in the interaction phase) shall be completed mid June 2015.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Option for a lift in the main building in accordance with chapter 6 in the function description, including engineering design services and application.

Option for a fixed price and rigging and operations. BH are considering to carry out the contract with the rigging and operations captial at a fixed price. The fixed price is to be stated here excluding VAT.

The performance shall be included in the tender sum (item 1).

A certificate of company registration must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the contractor is established.

2 tax certificates and VAT certificates shall be submitted:

— Certificate issued by the treasurer/municipal treasurer where the contractor has the main office (tax, advance payments, garnishments, employers' national insurance contributions ).

— Certificate from the tax office in the region concerned (VAT).

Both certificates shall use form RF-1244 and be issued by the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skattedirektoratet).

Contractors with business addresses in other EEA countries must submit corresponding certificates.

All tenderers shall present a HSE self-declaration with the tender. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form, see annex D. Inadequate submission of the HSE self-declaration will lead to rejection. The contractor is obliged to require a similar declaration in all underlying subcontractor relationships. The HSE certificates must not be older than 6 months.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit evaluation report must be supplied and should contain key figures for the last 3 fiscal years. A rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain separate credit evaluation if necessary.

If the contractor, due to valid reasons, cannot prove the financial position in accordance with the above requirements, the Contracting Authority will evaluate other appropriate documentation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— An overview of assignments carried out during the last five years, together with testimonials of satisfactory execution of the most important work. The testimonials should state the value, time frame and place the work was performed and indicate whether the works were professionally and properly completed. References should be given and the Contracting Authority given authority to contact them.

— Information about education and professional qualifications of the contractor and the company's administrative leadership (competence matrix).

— A statement of the contractor's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last 3 years.

— A statement of the implements, machinery, tools, materials or technical equipment at the disposal of the supplier for execution of the contract.

— Central certification or a declaration that the company/organisation is eligible for local certification.

— Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies, which confirm the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2002.

— The Contracting authority also accepts other documentation that shows that the contractor has equivalent quality assurance measures.

Central certification/qualified for local certification for all relevant professions, in development classes applied for in the frame application.
