Tax certificates not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tax certificates mean:
- Form from the Tax Directorate (RF-1244) for…

Norwegian tenderers must have arranged conditions with respect to payment of tax, employer contributions and VAT.
The tenderer must be a legally established enterprise.
Norwegian tenderers:

— Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
The tenderer shall have a good reputation.

Solvency assessment from an acknowledged credit appraisal agency. The assessment shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures.
The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the supplier's payment experience
The contracting authority can free of charge undertake an assessment of the supplier's economic and financial standing by utilising the services of Proff™Forvalt (www.forvalt.no)
Suppliers shall have a sufficient economic and financial position to fulfil the contract, including satisfactory turnover, earnings, liquidity ration and equity share.
The payment experience must be satisfactory.
List with overview of corresponding deliveries the previous 3 years The list shall as a minimum contain:
— The customer's name.
— Contract value and extent.
— Delivery date.
— Brief description of the assignment.
— A description shall be given of the supplier's technical personnel or technical entities the supplier has at their disposal to fulfil the contract.
— The supplier shall have experience from equivalent contracts.
Suppliers shall have sufficient capacity and competence to provide maintenance and services.

Appendix X point 5.1.1.
The printing office has the the Swan ecolabel and it is an absolute requirement that the supplier fulfils the underlying requirements for certification.
SSA-K point 2.2.2 Investigation obligation, cf. Appendix 5.
Description of the contracting authority's approval test:
The approval test consists of the contract object having had 30 days continuous operation without significant faults, cf the definitions of faults in the contract point 2.2.2. If there are considerable faults in the period, a new 30 day period will start. After 30 days operation without significant faults, the contracting authority shall, without undue delay, send written notification to the supplier's contact person on approval of the delivery.
