Norad are looking for a total supplier who has experience with the development, migration, implementation and maintenance of responsive internet sites with a lot of information.The contract will include:— Upgraded technical platform for Norad's internet sites.— Internet systems that shall function on platforms such as smart mobiles, tablets and other units through a responsive design.— The front pages on both the Norwegiand and English main website shall be redesigned so as to lift top assignments and contribute to an optimal user experience on all platforms.— Bistandsaktuelt.no's front page and individual templates shall be redesigned.— The templates, content and information structure shall be migrated to a new platform— Social media is becoming a more and more important channel for Norad and uniform thinking around the digital platforms must be strengthened. Service providers must have broad competene within digital communication including knowledge of social media, in order to provide consultancy services and assist with connecting the different digital platforms together.— Consultancy services connected to the entire process with the operation and maintenance of websites, including user testing, interaction and web design as well as web analysis. Service providers must be able to carry out all elements in such a process.— Operational serivces, including systems that use wordpress (Norad's trade blogg is developed on this platform and the operation and maintenance of it is included as a part of this contract).
