The current organ has 53 stops, of which 35 stops, and the charger and belows are from an organ that the Norwegian organ builder August Nilsen built in Oslo cathedral in the 1800s. As much of the pipe material as possible, as well as organ parts from this organ shall be included in the new organ and they set the terms for a resonance/aesethic whole. The current work set up is mainly wanted to be continued, but the organ shall have a new free standing playing board with an electric tracture and register with setzer combinations. The organ house/facade is of poor craftmanship and material quality. As an option proposals are wanted therefore for a new organ house/facade adapted to the church's interior.

“The procurement follows the negotiated procedure with one stage. This means that the qualification assessment will take place simultaneously with the tender...”
The procurement follows the negotiated procedure with one stage. This means that the qualification assessment will take place simultaneously with the tender assessment. All the requested documentation shall be enclosed with the tender for the contract. The date stated in point IV.3.4. is the deadline for suppliers to submit a tender. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is a TED notice for a procurement that follows the regulations part II as the contract value is below the EEA threshold. This is done so as to reach a broader market. The tender documentation can be downloaded from Doffin. Tenders and all requested documentation are to be submitted in sealed and marked envelopes within the deadline to the Church Council in Oslo. Deadline: 15.12.2014, at 12:00. Participants are to incur all costs for participation in the competition.
