This procurement is for a framework agreement for building maintenance; joiners/carpenters and bricklayers in particular. The framework agreements for other craftsman disciplines are subject to individual competitions and will be entered into subsequent to these. All properties are located in Oslo municipality.
The estimated value of assignments included in this framework agreement is 2 000 000 NOK per annum. The Contracting Authority emphasises that the figures are experience based estimates and that the actual volume might vary from year to year. The estimated value is not binding for the Contracting Authority.

Tenders and all requested documentation are to be delivered in sealed and marked envelopes within the deadline. The envelopes shall be sent to the Church Council in Oslo. The contract periods are 2 years with unilateral option for the Contracting Authority to prolong the contracts with further 1 year + 1 year prolongation on identical terms as those in the first 2 year period. The prices are fixed and not subject to adjustments in the contract and prolongation period.

The service provider shall have good experience from equivalent assignments.
The service provider shall substantiate a good and efficient quality assurance system.
The service provider shall substantiate focus on environment and that environmental considerations are made in relation to the requested services.
