Framework agreements for assessment and valuation services

Parallel framework agreements shall be signed for services connected to assessment and valuation services for the procurement, sale and rent of the municipality's properties. Framework agreements will be established with 3 service providers for part I - category A and 3 service providers for part II - categories B + C. The categories are described in more detail in the description of the assignment.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate
(2) Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for VAT.
(3) Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for tax.
(4) Requirement to submit a self-declaration in accordance with Regulations' Attachment 2 on HSE
1. The service provider shall have an orderly system in relation to payment of tax and VAT.
2. The service provider shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment (HSE).
3. The service provider shall be a legally established company
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
1.The company's last annual Financial Statement including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.
2. Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. List of the most important relevant contracts in the last 3 years, including information on value, date and recipient (name, tel. no. and e-mail address).
2. Description of the company and the company's business profile, as well as an account of the qualifications for the person in charge of the assignment.
3. A statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system or a copy of the system certificate issued by the accredited certification bodies or similar documentation.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. Service providers are required to have good experience from similar types of assignments.
2. Service providers are required to have a good ability to fulfil the contract and good professional qualifications. The person in charge of the assignment at the tenderer shall be a NITO-valuation engineer, NTF-surveyor or have equivalent qualifications.
