The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation shall enter into a framework agreement which shall include as much as possible of the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation's all time requirement for uniforms, uniform effects, etc. Primarily the agreement shall cover the requirement to the security guards, but also other groups included in the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation may be included in parts of the agreement.
