Romerike Avfallsforedling IKS (ROAF)

The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements for the provision of temporary staff services.
The aim of the contract is to ensure access to qualified manpower when ROAF's own employees are sick, on holiday, on a course, for seasonal fluctuations etc., or when there is a time limited uncovered personnel need for other reasons.
The framework agreements shall cover all current and any future parts of the entity.
If the contracting authority has a need for other types of temporary staff during the contract period, the chosen service provider shall be invited to submit a tender to cover the contracting authority's needs.
The contract shall cover ROAF's need for temporary staff services in the period 1.7.2014 - 1.7.2016 with an option for extension of two (2) years.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract is for two (2) years from 1.7.2014.

The contracting authority has the following options in the contract:

Unilateral right to a contract extension of one (1) year at a time to a maximum of two (2) years.

The option right is thus free for the contracting authority. The contracting authority must take up the option in writing at least three (3) months before the contract expires.

The contracting authority intends to enter into framework agreements with service providers who ensure that the employees in their organisation and at any sub suppliers always have at least as good wage and work conditions as those in the tariff agreements or regulations, or what is seen as the norm for the place and occupation in question. It is a matter of course for the contracting authority that the Working Environment Act's provisions are complied with.
