The service provider shall assist with:Project management: project management in all phases for the implementation of ordinary construction projects such as the construction of schools, nurseries, health institutions etc. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that the project management function includes project management liability, cf. the builder regulations. The project manager reports to the person in charge of the project and is directly responsible to them. The project manager is responsible for managing the project within the approved limits as regards economy, progress and quality.Construction management: the construction manager's assignments will be to follow up construction projects as regards SHA, economy, progress and quality. The contract for the execution of each project will be based on the Norwegian Standard and any guidelines that the municipality has. The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

– Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.

– foreign tenderers: confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

The tenderer must meet Norwegian HSE requirements when performing work in Norway.

Documentation requirement: filled in and signed HSE declaration. Tenderers can use the attached template: annex 5 self-declaration HSE.

Tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement: tax certificate not older than six months calculated from the tender deadline: tax certificates mean:
