The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, requests services for post lighting products to various purposes within the fire-proofing discipline at the Norwegian Armed Forces' properties, buildings and plants (EBA), and wishes to engage a framework agreement partner that can cover the deliveries for post lighting products to the Norwegian Ministry of Defence (FD) and subordinated departments, including the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency and the Norwegian Armed Forces.
The tender must include all types of post lighting products for visual marking of escape routes, fire protection materials and notices in the Norwegian Armed Forces' buildings and plants. The services from the framework agreement partner shall include engineering design in connection with building applications to municipalities, deliveries, inspections, (lux and luminance measuring) and documentation of post lighting products in connection with new and existing installations.
