Information of the tenderer: Annex 1 shall be completed and attached to the tender. The tenderer is asked to provide information on their organisation and turnover in an extent that gives Tromsø municipality an accurate picture of the company.

Certificates of registration in a professional register as determined by the laws of the country where the supplier is established, for example the Brønnøysund Business Register (company registration certificate), as well as any established classification for the register where applicable.

Certificates issued by the competent authorities in the member country where the supplier belongs confirming that the suppliers have met the obligations with regard to the payment of taxes and social security contributions (requests to the treasurer/municipal cashier for form RF-1244) in accordance with the legal requirements of the relevant country. The certificate must not be older than 6 months.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Finances: The company's (not the group's) last 2 years annual reports, as well as turnover for the products included in the contract. As a minimum this should contain the Board's statement, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and notes. In addition it is requested that auditors reports for the last 2 years are attached. This also applies for any sub-suppliers.

References: Overview of a minimum of 3 references (with value, time frame, customer name and contacts) from equivalent deliveries in the agreement area carried out during the last 3 years, preferably from the public sector.

Tenderers shall provide information on manpower, for example, whether there are dedicated contact persons who will be directly involved in the implementation of the contract for Tromsø municipality. Tenderers shall also describe the ‘customer team’ that shall particularly serve the contracting authority, with competence for special/important trade areas for the execution of this delivery.
