The contract shall cover ongoing subscriptions for the library's collection. The contract can also be used by other departments in the Norwegian Parliament's administration. Furthermore, the contracting authority shall have an option to order other periodicals than those the library has a need for, including foreign newspapers for members of parliament and political advisors. The contracting authority currently has a framework agreement for the delivery of foreign newspapers that runs until 30.4.2015. The option for the delivery of foreign newspapers can only be taken up at the earliest when the mentioned contract expires.2 500 0004 000 000

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1 a. Norwegian suppliers:

— Company Registration Certificate.

1 b. Foreign suppliers:

— Confirmation that the supplier is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the supplier is established.

2. The supplier will by way of declaration confirm that the requirements in appendix 2 in the qualification documentation are fulfilled.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Solidity assessment from an acknowledged credit appraisal agency. The assessment shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures.

The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the supplier's payment experience.

The contracting authority can free of charge undertake an assessment of the supplier's economic and financial standing by utilising the services of Proff™Forvalt (www.forvalt.no).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. List with overview of corresponding deliveries the previous 3 years. The list shall as a minimum contain:

— Name of the customer;

— Contract value and scope;

— Date of the delivery.

Brief description of the delivery.

2. A description of the supplier's methods for quality assurance.
