Framework agreement Joinery and masonry services

Vestre Viken HF

Vestre Viken invites tenderers to an open tender competition for a framework agreement for joinery and masonry services.
Vestre Viken is divided in 6 geographical areas, mainly in accordance with the former hospital areas:
— Area 1: Kongsberg hospital.
— Area 2: Ringerike hospital.
— Area 3: Hallingdal hospital.
— Area 4: Bærum hospital.
— Area 5: Drammen hospital.
— Area 6: The psychiatry , i.e. primarily Blakstad and Lier.
Please note that even though the areas listed above in all simplicity refer to the name of the hospitals, the areas also include further buildings, although the main quantity of the area is formed by each individual hospital.
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one, several or all combinations of geographical areas, but the submitted tender must include the all buildings belonging to each area.
The Contracting Authority requires assistance in connection with operation and maintenance of the buildings, as well as new investments in a limited extend through framework agreements.
The aim of the contract is to ensure Vestre Viken access to this service with the accompanying goods when required. The contract will include delivery to both buildings that Vestre Viken owns and in some cases to buildings that Vestre Viken rents or has the operational responsibility for. The total area is subject to a reduction or an increase during any framework agreement. The offered terms shall still apply.
