Framework agreement - independent inspection of execution

The Development Department sees to the builder function for municipal construction projects within school and nursery buildings, nursing homes, the fire and chimney sweeping service, arts buildings, sports buildings and administration buildings. So as to cover the need for new buildings, some module buildings are used in addition to buildings built on site.
With effect from 1.1.2013, obligatory independent inspections of construction sites were introduced, cf. the Planning and Building Act (pbl) § 24-1 and § 24-2. The contracting authority has, therefore, a need for the independent inspection of execution function (building physics, construction safety and geotechniques). The framework agreement shall see to the need for the procurement of this type of service. The framework agreement shall also cover the inspection of other inspection areas, in addition to the legal obligations, where this is required by the building authorities. In this event, this will be further described in each assignment.

The framework agreements will be valid for 1 year. In addition the contracting authority shall have an option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 + 1 year.

— inspection of building physics

— inspection of construction safety

alternatively 'overall responsibility for inspection/independent inspection'.
