Framework Agreement. Glass and glass façade works

In recent years, OSL has needed glass and façade work for approx. 5 000 000 per year.
In addition, please note that up to 4 parallel framework agreements will be signed in this field.
— The winner of the competitive tendering will receive all assignments to be carried out on an hourly rate or at specified unit prices.
— Other assignments not involving the use hourly rates or specified unit prices will be subject to mini-competitions between all contractors with a framework agreement. The mini-competitions will be announced by OSL sending out a description of the assignment to everyone. Call-off's will be made for the winner of the mini-competition at issue.
The buildings at OSL are complex. They consist of the terminal, tower and security buildings, operations buildings, office buildings, etc. from the main development in 1998. The variation in buildings is great and many of the buildings have ceiling heights which place stringent demands on the crew and equipment.
Leading up to 2017, the operating organisation will be erecting new buildings within the T2 project. This will cause the volume of this contract to increase at irregular intervals.
In addition to operational missions, a significant portion of the commissions will involve renovation and establishment of commercial areas in the terminal and preparatory work in connection with the T2 development (the terminal is being expanded by 130 000 m²). The commissions will usually take place in parallel. In common for these commissions is the requirement of an ability to execute assignments on time, at cost and with the expected quality. OSL assumes that the contractors' construction management and supervision of the assignments comprises a very important parameter for success.
