Previous experience suggests that the demand can vary up or down from year to year.

This agreement has a 2 year duration, with option for Norges Bank renew by an additional 1 + 1 year. The agreement can be mutually terminated with 3 months by written notice of during the contract period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Requirement to submit tax certificate for VAT (National requirement);
(3) Requirement to submit tax certificate for tax (National requirement);
(4) Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Regulations concerning HSE (National requirement);

Registration certificates from professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the supplier is established (remaining tenderers).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) The Contractor shall have sufficient qualification to complete the assignments. Description and documentation of the firm's qualifications and expertise in the provision of telephony services for mobile phones and delivery of hardware.
(2) The Contractor shall have sufficient capacity to complete the assignments. List of the principal deliveries with similar areas of expertise for the past three years, with the following information:
— Name of customer;
— Time;
— Delivered services;
— Scope of the deliveries;
— Contact information for the contact person at the reference customer.
(3) the contractor shall have the ability to fulfil contracts. Description and documentation of the company's overall quality assurance system as a basis for implementation of the contract.
(4) Commitment statements requirements. If the tenderer wishes to rely on other companies'' capacity, the tenderer must demonstrate to the contracting authority that it will have the necessary resources available, by presenting a liability statement from these companies.
